Terms and Conditions
Membership status is valid for either 12 or 24 months and is determined by the member’s accumulated spending over the preceding 12 months
Monthly Spending refers to spending accumulated from the 1st day to the last calendar day of the same month
Bonus Points cannot be exchanged for cash, merchandise, or discounts. Gifts are available in limited quantities and are redeemable while supplies last.
Once a member confirms a points redemption, the corresponding points will be deducted immediately and cannot be amended, reversed, or refunded.
All Bonus Points are valid until 31 December of each calendar year and will automatically expire on that date without prior notice.
Unused points will be forfeited and will not be carried forward to the following year.
Each member is entitled to one birthday gift per membership period, which must be redeemed during the member’s birthday month.
Complimentary products and treatments are redeemable exclusively at HADA HANA.
Members are entitled to one designated complimentary treatment during their birthday month. Advance reservation is required.
HADA HANA membership and Bonus Points are non-transferable.
HADA HANA reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
